The uniqueness of the filler lies in the fact that after the breakdown and complete removal of its main active substance from the body (this process takes an average of 3 to 4 months), the place where the gel is placed is not left with a void, but with new collagen and elastin. Therefore, the effect will last for a long time – until the breakdown of collagen and elastin begins under the influence of age factors. At this point, the procedure can be repeated.

Etrebelle is a collagene stimulator made with biodegenerateble PLA (Poly D, L-lactide) microparticles and Hyaluronic acid.

Etrebelle is a hybrid filler that has adopted both benefits of the immediate filling effect o HA and stimulating collagene production of PLA under the skin. Based on the idea of delivering PLA (Poly D, L-lactide) microparticles by HA (Sodium Hyaluronate), not only physical supports under the skin, Etrebelle improves the fundamental deficiency of volume loss by collagene restoration.

Right after injection, Etrebelle takes a position and instantly supports the wrinkled area with its HA material. Meanwhile, included PLA microparticles help HA not to migrate from the target area by giving extra cohesiveness.

After 1 month, while HA starts t be degraded, PLA microparticles promote collagene production and lead to even more elastic skin conditions. The mixture ratio of Etrebelle is remarked from this turning point of each materials` interaction under the skin.

After 6 months, the outcome of Etrebelle can be shown which has been gradually biodegenerated and restore the skin volume from physical support to newly synthesized collagen fibers maintain the natural result over time.

It is used for deep wrinkles improvement, neocollagenesis, increase skin elasticity.
